Summary: The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated during our stay. They were helpful and made sure we felt comfortable at check-in and throughout. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room size – it felt quite small for a family stay and didn’t match the expectations based on the booking. Cleanliness could also be improved, especially in the bathroom and corners of the room where we noticed some dust and missed spots. The location is good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is nice, but I do hope they work on improving the room upkeep and cleanliness. With a bit more attention to detail, this place has the potential to be a great stay.
